Did you happen to notice what my site is all about? It is a new concept in site directories. I would be honored if you would come back and take a look. It is still in the construction stages; however, I am accepting participants in preparation for its official launch. One of its unique qualities is the granularity of the categories, and the fact that you can join multiple categories; you are not limited to just one like all other directories. If you cannot find a category that fits your needs exactly, just let me know and I will create it.

I'm looking at reseller acounts, as per Vic's advice - I'm with Hostgator at the moment but I'll definitely check out Quality Host Online.

You can't go wrong with Vic's info. I am in the same boat as you with the subdomains. It makes it difficult to keep track.

Nice tip.

I personally think that reviews and recommendations like this are the best way for people to find solid and reliable hosting. While something like 1on1 might be cheap and some people get it - it is also a crap and blog success greatly depends on good host.

Interesting ... I know a lot of people struggle with host reseller accounts; planning to have a hundred of your own sites is a new twist, at least for me. I hope it works out for you!

How many of your sites are WordPress based? I'm guessing QHO has never given you trouble over that? My own web host caps CPU, etc, and apparently has notoriously low caps, so I've been thinking about moving.

I know someone who has used Quality Host Online, and it is about as good as any other generic hosting company. He hasn't complained about it, but also hasn't said anything too exciting about it. He would probably tell you it is worth using.

I've been considering shifting to a reseller - I'm also under the influence of Vic - I've decided to leave it until January when buying is slower. If something goes awry, I don't want my money sites down for long in the run up to Christmas.
