What a great list. I totally agree, but also think that if you are 6 for 7 you can still have success. It is not easy to be preemptive, however that is definitely be the most rewarding P

The patient part kills me! I am in the wrong industry when I can't see my results instantly...but I guess at the same time it gives more room for changing up the process along the way.

It just sucks when you re-evaluate a campaign and have to start completely over! blah to that.

The last "P" is probably the most important one in my book. 20 years ago, in highschool, I drew a schematic of an airplane that is only now being built. Its designers just came out with "their" idea a few years ago. My wife has had a ton of ideas rattling around but has never acted on them. And then a few years later its all the rage in fashion circles. Its gotten so bad that I always carry around a small notebook and write down things when she starts a sentence with "You know what they should make...?"
